Soffit & Fascia
The edge that protects the roof and the attic.
Fascia is where gutters hang and where water first punishes a house. Soft, wavy, or stained fascia is not a paint problem — it is a carpentry and moisture problem. We replace failed boards, set a true line, and finish with materials that belong under a Texas eave.
Soffit is attic ventilation and the finished underside of the overhang. We spec vented runs where the roof needs intake, close gaps that let pests in, and keep the look continuous with the siding package.
Most of our soffit and fascia work rides with a re-side or a gutter replacement. Doing them together is cheaper, cleaner, and the way the weather-resistive system is supposed to be built.
